Annual MaintenanceWith every Delaware Crawl Space full encapsulation and or equipment installation we provide an annual detailed inspection contract. You simply sign up, pay the inspection fee once a year. No Hassel and 100% Peace of Mind! We currently service over 500 crawl spaces between North Dover and Ocean View. Our Service manager provides a checklist of items inspected at the end of every inspection. Best news of all is you will never have to go in your crawl space. Here is a sample of a list of check list items inspected on a standard crawl space:
Annual Inspection Date: 1st Quarter January – March Zone #1
- Sump Pump Inspection
- Water alarm inspection and test, water alarm and hygrometer battery change.
- Dehumidifier Filter Change
- Dehumidifier humidity and temperature readings.
- Inspect entire crawl space for tape and liner defects
General Notes:
Invoice for maintenance work will be sent by email to customer annually, to be paid, after work has been completed. Our service technician will perform service during the months listed above and will NOT contact customer before coming. Please note: all DCSC workmanship is covered for the first year after the install is complete. If you agree to the annual maintenance agreement your inspection will not be due until 1 year after the work is completed. You will not be billed until after the inspection.
